Crab Cakes Reid


l lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onion, choped
1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
3 tbs. mayonnaise
dash worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. mustard
1/2 tsp. Old Bay

Mix the above ingredients well.
Shape into cakes and fry in butter until brown.

May be prepared a day in advance and
fried just before serving.
Makes 6-10.

I usually make these for my mom and I, and freeze them. They freeze beautifully.
