Julie's Shrimp and Cheese Casserole


6 slices white bread
1 lb. ready to eat shrimp
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1 pint milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. marginarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
salt to taste

Break bread in pieces about size of quarter.
Break cheese into bite size pieces.
Arrange shrimp, bread and cheese in
several layers in greased casserole.
Pour margarine over mixture.
Beat eggs.
Add mustard and salt to eggs.
Add milk.
Mix together and pour over.
Let stand 3 hours or overnight, covered.
Bake 1 hour, 350°, covered.
