Shrimp in Garlic Sauce


1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbs. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
lemon wedges

In large bowl, mix butter with salad oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Add shrimp; toss gently to coat shrimp with mixture.
Cover and refrigerate, tossing occasionally.
Place shrimp in boiling pan and broil 5-7 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
Serve with lemon wedges.
